RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Return Policy

Feel comfortable and confident when shopping at MVZA Jewelry, we offer a 10-day return & exchange policy. You may return or exchange the item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 10 days from purchase. Please get in touch with our support team at contact@mvzajewelry.com for return authorization and the address to where the item must be returned.

Return & Exchange Conditions

​

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging, clean and unworn, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be altered in any way.

  • MVZA Jewelry  reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in like new condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

  • The time frame for return & exchange must not be exceeded, once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Return shipping label will be canceled if not used during this timeframe.

  • A $10.00 return postage charge will be deducted from your refund, which covers shipping and insurance.

  • ​Return authorization will be cancel if not returned within the next 3 business days, no exceptions or excuses. We're constantly on low stock and not having the merchandise available in the store represents a loss to our business.

  • We reserve the right to restrict or refuse future transactions or returns and exchanges from customers with unreasonable return histories.

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to accept exchanges for a different style (only different size), if you wish a different item please place another order. Your exchange will only ship once our team has received and confirmed the correct items you are exchanging.

  • Certain items are not returnable, which are designated as Final Sale.

  • Flash Sale items at heavily discounted prices are considered as Final Sale.

  • ​Since we do not know the use that has been given to the jewelry, there are no guarantees for damaged jewelry, as stated before we do not accept back used jewelry, no exceptions.

  • In case you receive a wrong, damaged or defective item, you can immediately return your item free of charge, keep in mind that availability it is not always guaranteed, in that case we will give you store credit or a full refund. An image of the damaged or wrong item is required, please contact our support team immediately using the contact form or chat, otherwise your request will not be received.

  • By purchasing with us we assume you have read and accepted all terms and conditions before buying.

 

International Returns

International orders may be returned with trackable and insured shipping at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service, aside that, return and exchange conditions also apply to international orders.

Refund Policy

​

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchanges.

  • We cannot issue a partial/full refund due to promo/coupon  code not used.

  • We do not offer money back refunds or cancellations of orders.

  • We cannot change the form of payment after purchase.

 

Please note: MVZA Jewelry reserves the right to limit or decline returns or store credit for items that were purchased more than 10 days prior to the return or exchange request, we also may limit or decline returns if we suspect any fraudulent transaction.

Shipping

​

  • Your order will be shipped within 1-4 business days (during holidays we ship the next day), shipping confirmation email with delivery details will be sent once your item is shipped. Delivery will usually take 1-3 business days (Priority mail), if item is returned to us due to insufficient address information provided by the buyer, wrong address or the recipient refuses the package, the buyer will have to update shipping information and pay for shipping, if buyer refuses to pay shipping we can only offer a partial refund of the total order.

  • International delivery time is typically 6-10 business days once shipped, but can be more than 30 days depending of the country destination.

  • Purchases made with PayPal will only ship to Confirmed addresses.

  • The buyer pays any applicable Customs duties, fees or taxes in time and form when the shipment arrives (applicable to Europe and countries outside the US) - before the shipment can be delivered. MVZA Jewelry cannot be held responsible for buyer not paying Customs duties, import taxes and fees, if not paid you will not be eligible for an exchange or refund, no exceptions.

  • Please note that the above shipping times are estimates, delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors. MVZA Jewelry cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond MVZA’s control.

  • We cant be held responsible for lost packages marked as "Delivered" by USPS.

  • For purchases above $300 USD an adult signature is required upon delivery for security reasons.

  • Items can only be shipped to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

  • Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders or to any address unconfirmed.

  • If package is returned to us due to insufficient address or failed attempt, or not paying custom duties (international), import taxes (or any other fee), buyer will have to pay shipping for us the send the package again, otherwise you're only eligible to a partial refund of your purchase.
